Electromagnetic shielding spiral pipe gasket is a structural and functional integration material used at the junction of electronic equipment chassis and cabinet to meet environmental sealing and electromagnetic shielding requirements.
Currently, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized iron, and other materials are widely used as enclosures for electronic equipment cabinets. According to the principle that the electrode potential is similar to the application environment and can prevent electrochemical corrosion in salt mist and humid environments, stainless steel materials are used as the raw material for spiral tubes, while combining silicone rubber to achieve environmental sealing, which can simultaneously play the role of electromagnetic shielding, environmental sealing, and salt mist corrosion resistance.
We provide two main types of electromagnetic shielding spiral pipe gasket: beryllium copper/stainless steel spiral tube shielding gaskets and D-shaped composite spiral tube shielding gaskets.

The stainless steel spiral tube shielding liner is a high-performance electromagnetic shielding liner made of beryllium copper/stainless steel, which has excellent elasticity and resistance to permanent compression deformation. After tin plating, it can further improve its electrical conductivity and shielding performance. The liner coated on the edge has strong resistance to electro-chemical corrosion in humid and salt fog environments.
This shielding liner material is an ideal shielding material and is widely used in shielding problems that cannot be solved by other electromagnetic shielding liners.
The D-shaped composite spiral tube shielding gasket is composed of a lead tin plated beryllium copper spiral tube gasket (or stainless steel spiral tube gasket) and an empty core silicone rubber strip, which has good EMI shielding performance and environmental sealing effect.
